1. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

4. Consequences of Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, most cost-effective option offered by us).
The refund will be issued promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

5. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

6. Return Costs

We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You will receive a return shipping label by email after we receive your cancellation.

7. Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
