General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop WAKE UP SYSTEM.

2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers, but serve as an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices. According to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not display it (small business regulation).
Shipping costs within Germany are included in the prices unless otherwise stated.
For international deliveries, additional shipping costs may apply. These will be shown separately during checkout.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany.
Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days from receipt of payment.
We will inform you immediately if delivery is delayed.
Delivery to other countries is possible upon request.

6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the checkout, including:

  • credit card

  • PayPal

  • instant bank transfer

  • Shopify Payments

We also accept advance payment via bank transfer.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You can find detailed information under “Cancellation Policy”.

9. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please notify the delivery person immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.

11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
