Shipping conditions

1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within Germany as standard.
International shipping is available upon request.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge – costs are already included in the product price.
For international orders, additional shipping fees may apply.
These will be communicated separately during checkout or upon request.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany takes approximately 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
Please note: no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
International delivery times may vary. We will notify you individually in such cases.

4. Shipping Service Provider
We ship via a carrier of our choice – usually DHL or comparable providers.

5. Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link, if available.

6. Transport Damage
Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery for completeness and visible damage.
If you notice any external damage, report it directly to the delivery person and inform us immediately.
